FILESTORES OFFERS NEW HOUSE DEED OFF-SITE SAFEKEEP SERVICE

Peace of mind is coming for home owners unsure of where or how to store their house deeds and other important documents. Filestores, one of Ireland’s leading off-site document storage and data management providers, has announced that the company is to extend its commercial SafeKeep service into the consumer market. For a standard rate, homeowners can be sure that their house deed is protected for five and ten years, and beyond.
When a deed is no longer needed as security, it is sent back to the consumer from the financial institution. Oftentimes, people do not have a facility that is fire- and theft-proof in which to store these critical documents. Within Filestores Record Centres there are purpose-built vaults dedicated to individual homeowners for just this reason. A long time leader in document storage and management in the corporate sector, this is the first time the company has extended this offer directly to consumers. All Record Centres have been designed to the highest standard and incorporate the most modern security and fire prevention systems available.

Deeds storage contracts come in five and 10 year increments. Payment is once-off, and the consumer can have the documents returned to them at any time by written request and a recorded delivery fee. Additional documents can be added at reduced rates
