DMG Voted as One of the Best Companies to Work for in Ireland
The Great Place to Work Institute in Ireland and FAS have awarded DMG Services as one of the top ten companies to work for in Ireland. DMG Services comprises the businesses of Filestores, Shred-it, DMG Business Centres and National Self Storage.
The company was commended for its attitudes towards flexibility and for offering employees the best options with flexi-time and compressed hours.
There is also an excellent level of interaction between management and employees, with regular brainstorming sessions to devise ways of improving work life. The company owners make personal gifts to staff and Cecil Ryan, Managing Director makes it a priority to have lunch with staff from different business units.
